Ibn Sina National College follows an annual intake system for Medicine and Dentistry in the month of September. The Pharmacy programme, however will have twice a year intake during the months of September and January. Admissions are announced through the media and the website with details of the admission schedule. Ibn Sina National College places high importance on quality intake and therefore merit of the qualifying students is the only deciding factor. Following is the check list for the prospective applicants.

Medicine & Dentistry:

  • Secondary School Certificate (Science stream) or equivalent from Saudi Arabia or abroad with an aggregate average of at least 85%
  • Not less than 85% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language.
  • To pass the entrance examination and interview.
  • The Secondary School Certificate should not be more than 3 years old. If the period exceeds 3 years the case will be referred to the Council of Trustees.
  • Advance payment of annual course fees.
  • Satisfactory behavior, conduct and sound morals.
  • Sound physical health.

Pharmacy:

  • Secondary School Certificate (Science stream) or equivalent from Saudi Arabia or abroad with an aggregate average of at least 80%
  • Not less than 80% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Language.
  • To pass the entrance examination and interview.
  • The Secondary School Certificate should not be more than 3 years old. If the period exceeds 3 years the case will be referred to the Council of Trustees.
  • Advance payment of annual course fees.
  • Satisfactory behavior, conduct and sound morals.
  • Sound physical health.

Required Document:

  • Original Secondary School Certificate (Science stream) or Academic equivalent.
  • Original Certificate of Conduct and Character.
  • Copy of ID.
